  • Online sessions are not recorded.

 

3.3 Fees & Payment

Fees will be communicated clearly before therapy begins.
Payment terms include:

  • Full payment required within 7 days of invoice

  • Late payments may result in paused therapy until settlement

 

3.4 Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full fee.

  • Missed appointments are charged in full.

 

3.5 Ending Therapy

Either party may end therapy at any time.
Where possible, planned endings and appropriate notice benefit the therapeutic process.

 

 

4. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is fundamental to therapy.
However, confidentiality may be ethically or legally broken in the following circumstances:

  • Serious risk of harm to yourself or others

  • Child protection or safeguarding concerns

  • Court order or legal requirement

  • Significant concerns regarding criminal activity

  • Professional supervision (anonymised)
